Access to book use of the lounge space even if you are not staying over.

Pre-booking is necessary and subject to availability
Please note there is no communal WC at The Old Vicarage (yet). However if there is a room available we'll let you know and you may use the facilities.
FREE CONCIERGE SERVICE

As a Club Member, we will assist with any event planning and restaurant bookings. We'll follow up your confirmation mail to ask what you'd like our support with your booking, however do reach out at any time and we'll be happy to arrange.

Please note, whilst we'd love to promise we can get you into to Ynyshir or Gwen, they are often fully booked 3 months in advance. The only way we can get tables within this period is from their last minute cancellation alerts which we get on the day of the table booking. You'll need to keep your afternoon clear, table sitting is from 4pm for 4 hours.
BOOK THE PRIVATE SPACES

Exclusive access to book all private spaces (4 acres of forest, rear terrace and gardens, including space around waterfall). Please just send us an enquiry and we'll get back to you with a price and availability. Let us know the following info

1) Date or dates, including times eg all day, til 11pm or 2 hours in the afternoon
2) What you're looking to do in the space (it's ok just to say you want some privacy to chill out and do nothing, however if you want to organise a meetup with other people, please leave details about what/who etc to help me work out what insurance is needed)
3) What you will require from us (eg nothing, or bar service, or lunches, or access to a toilet for non guests etc)
